How To Add Contacts While setting up an Email or Auto Email

 

CRMLS Matrix integrated another method of adding contacts into Matrix. This added benefit makes it easier to add a
new client /prospect as a contact in Matrix.  This feature allows you to add a contact while setting up an Email or Auto Email.

Adding a new contact while setting up an Email

Step 1:   Run a property serach and click on Email.

Step 2: Click Create a New Contact.

A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add in a new contact such as: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and other.

Step 3: Click Save to save your client’s information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.

Note: the Show All Fields will let you add your clients’s home and buisness information and any additional notes.

Adding a new contact while setting up an Auto Email

Step 1: Run a property search and click on the Save button to create an Auto Email.

Step 2: Click on the New Auto Email button.

Step 3: Click on Create a New Contact.

A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add in a new contact such as: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and other.

Step 4:  Click Save to save your client’s information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.
