Quickly Add to Contacts in Matrix

CRMLS Matrix integrated another method of adding contacts into Matrix. This added benefit makes it easier for you to add your client's information quickly. You are able to add their contacts while setting up an Email or Auto Email from any property results page.

From Email

Step 1:   Run a property serach and click on the Email button.

Step 2: Click the Create a New Contact link.

Step 3: A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add your client's Title, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone and Cell. Click Save to save your client's information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.

Note: the Show All Fields link will let you add your clients's home and buisness information and any additional notes.

From Auto Email

Step 1: Run a property search and click on the Save button to create an Auto Email.

Step 2: Click on the New Auto Email button.

Step 3: Click on Create a New Contact.

Step 4: A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add your client's Title, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone and Cell. Click Save to save your client's information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.
