BRE Mandatory on Listings
Every listing will now require a BRE number for the listing agent (and co-listing agent, if applicable).
My Office Links in My Listings
The My Office’s Listings links will include listings where the office is the Co-Listing, Selling, Co-Selling, Estimated Selling and Estimated Co-Selling. This will also include the addition of My Office’s Listings Under Contract for all listings that are Pending or Under Contract.
Removed Active Under Contract status from Residential Lease and Commercial Lease
The Active Under Contract status has been removed from Residential Lease and Commercial Lease.
If marketing is still desired while a lease deal is in progress, then the Active status should be used.
Listings Directions in Caravan
The “Directions” field from the listing has been added into the Caravan listing data and included on the Short and Full displays.
Open House Comments
The Comments field from Open House will display on all Agent Open House displays in the NOTES field.

Compliance Listing Exclusion Form, Compliance Help Articles and Compliance Web Chat links added to Matrix Home Page
The CRMLS Listing Exclusion form, Compliance Help Articles and Compliance Web Chat link have been added to the home page of Matrix under the External Links widget.
Pool Location on Reports Relocated
The Pool Features field has been relocated from the section next to the property description, down to the Exterior section of the Full and Medium reports. The field has been placed next to the existing Spa field.
View option on Open House Search
You are now able to search by View in Open House.
Garage Attached Y/N Required Conditionally
The Garage Attached Y/N field is required when the Number of Garage Spaces is greater than zero.
Supplements Icon on Agent One Line Report (paperclip)
A new supplements icon, a paper clip, has been added as a new link option to the one line display.
Order of Pool and Spa Features
Pool Features and Spa Features will display Private, Association, Community, and None at the top of the list. After the top four items, the remainder of the items in the list will be displayed in alphabetical order.
Residential Income – Agent Full Display Changes
The Analysis, Tax, Annual Expense and Unit Information sections have been moved above the Interior Features section.
Roster Add/Edit option from Display (pencil icon)
The edit link seen on listings (the pencil icon) has been added to the agent and office roster. Only those allowed to make an edit will see the icon. (only Agents and Administrators will see the pencil icon on an agent’s roster display.)

Login Timeout/Refresh Font Size increased by two points
The Login Timeout message font has been increased size by two points.
Adding Hold and Withdrawn to Market Watch
The statuses of Withdrawn and Hold have been added to the Market Watch widget in Matrix
Additional Team Fields
Additional Team credit has been added to input and listing status modification: Co Listing Team, Buyer Team, Co Buyer Team, Estimated Buyer Team, Estimated Co Buyer Team.
Private Remarks Length Increased
The number of characters allowed for Private Remarks has been increased from 600 to 1500 characters.
Relocation of Postal Code in a Search
The Postal Code field has been relocated from the bottom of the third (right-hand) column to the middle column, just under the Map Search option.
