- Log in to Matrix.
- Click on the ADD/EDIT tab.
- Under the Roster section, type your Office ID into the Quick Modify field and click EDIT.
4. Under the Modify Member/Select Form section, click on the Manage Syndication link.
5. Below Syndicate To, check the box if you choose to have your office listings syndicate to Homes.com, Realtor.com and/or Zillow/Trulia.
(These two new options (Homes.com and Realtor.com) will be selected (checked-off) for all CRMLS-Matrix offices and members by default.)
6. Under Agent’s Option to Syndicate, choose whether you want to give your agents the option to syndicate or not. (No Agent Choice or Allow Agent Choice).
7. Finalize the process by clicking Submit Roster.
