Matrix – Registered Listing Contract

It’s here! The new Registered status in CRMLS Matrix allows agents and brokers to register listing contracts with the MLS without having to file an exclusion form (such as the C.A.R. SELM). Listings in the Registered status are like listings you exclude from CRMLS today, in that they are neither displayed in nor distributed through the MLS.

In the Registered status:

  • Public marketing is not allowed
  • No commission is publicly offered
  • Days on Market do not count
  • Showings may only be given to clients of the listing broker.

REGISTERED STATUS – ADDING LISTING IN MATRIX

To add your listing into the Registered status in CRMLS Matrix, go to Add/Edit, then click on Add new.

Click on Register Listing Contract.

 

 

Fill in the required fields (shown in yellow) and any other pertinent fields.

 

 

 

When complete, click on Submit Listing.

 

 

Your Registered listing will be assigned a Listing ID #.

 

HOW TO EDIT A REGISTERED LISTING

 

Go to My Matrix > Show > My Registered, select your listing, and click on Edit.

 

 

Click on Register Listing Contract.

 

Make necessary modifications to your Registered Listing Contract, then click on Submit Listing when done with modifications.

 

*Please note: If the Property type is inaccurate, you will need to create a new Registered listing. Please contact your local Association/Board or CRMLS Compliance for the removal of the incorrect listing. If the expiration date needs to be extended, only the listing broker or co-listing broker may make this change. If the expiration date needs to be shortened, you will need to contact your local Association/Board or CRMLS Compliance to make this change.

 

HOW TO UPDATE A REGISTERED LISTING TO AN ACTIVE OR COMING SOON STATUS

 

Go to MY MATRIX then MY LISTINGS

 

 

Go to the SHOW Box and select My Registered (If you are the Broker or Office Manager, you will have the option for My Office Registered)

 

 

Select your listing by checking the box, then you have the option to Edit, Manage Photos, Manage Supplements and/or Print.

 

When ready to activate a Registered listing, click on EDIT.  Select your Registered Status Listing. Click on Residential to complete input and activate the listing.

 

 

You may then choose to update the Status of the Registered listing to either Coming Soon or Active.  Complete the remainder of the required fields.

If submitting listing as Active, after entering the remaining criteria for your new listing, click on Submit Listing to activate the listing.

 

 

When viewing a listing under the Registered status, it will be displayed with the status of R.
