The latest updates to your CRMLS REcenterhub dashboard include a fully integrated Support system, an updated logo, and usability bug fixes.
Integrated Ticketing System
Manage your support options, including phone, message, and webform tickets, in the bottom right corner of the dashboard. The new integrated ticketing system will make customer support a simple and efficient process for all.
Note: As a result of this update, Support and Compliance chat and ticket creation will be removed from CRMLS.org and only found in REcenterhub.
Updated Branding
The Twitter logo within the dashboard footer has been updated to ‘X’ to reflect the latest branding changes.
Bug Fixes
Mobile Improvements
Bugs on both iOS and Android platforms have been addressed to improve REcenterhub dashboard responsiveness and performance on mobile devices.
System Notification Accuracy
System notifications had been inaccurately displaying for accounts, leading to 404 errors and no messages visible even when a notification indicated otherwise. Notifications now accurately reflect the presence of messages in your inbox.
Product Settings
Product settings for Broker member types has been improved to ensure all products are accessible from the dashboard.
