The latest CRMLS Flexmls Pro App update, available for Apple iOS on 08/27/2024, includes improved filters and a more intuitive search experience.
Filters will now be grouped into sections based on relevance (for example, location fields are conveniently grouped together at the top of the search template).
In addition, the same search templates you use on Flexmls desktop will be available on the app’s Filter screen for easier access.
This update also extends your capacity to user filters with And, Or, and Not logic. This means you can stack filter parameters (And), search for two different filter options at once (Or), and narrow your results by excluding what you don’t want (Not).
To keep the flow intuitive, the Reset and Add Field buttons now reside at the bottom of the screen in a single action bar.
