The “Submit offer using Glide” button will re-launch on Tuesday, 10/12/2021! It will automatically display on all listings in Matrix and Paragon, plus as a link in Flexmls, but now with broker options.
By default, CRMLS will opt in all brokers in the Matrix, Paragon, and Flexmls systems to the use of the “Submit offer using Glide” feature. However, CRMLS will provide brokers with the choice to opt out of the feature. Brokers may opt back in later.
If a broker opts out, all of their agents who click on the feature will see a message stating the broker has chosen to opt out. Agents will be unable to start an offer from the listing itself, but they can still use Glide to submit an offer by going to Glide.com.
If the broker opts in (or takes no action), then agents in their brokerage can click on the “Submit offer using Glide” button or link on a listing and seamlessly transfer into Glide.
Only the broker or office manager can opt in or out of the Glide offer button or link. This decision will apply to their entire office. There are no agent level options.
Agents can visit the Product Settings page in REcenterhub to see what choice their broker has made.
