Getting Started
Syncing begins automatically when you log into the MLS-Touch app. The initial synchronization may take a longer amount of time – up to 15 minutes, depending on the number of contacts. For subsequent logins, syncing will be instant.
How Synchronization Works
- For a contact to sync, you must have their first name, last name, and email address stored and saved in the contact information. If you have two contact profiles for the same client, and each profile has a different email, MLS-Touch will import them as two unique contacts.
- You can import contacts from your mobile device into the MLS-Touch app, which will then sync with Matrix.
- If you have previously entered contacts manually, MLS-Touch will still merge and sync your lists automatically going forward.
How to Deactivate Syncing Contacts or OneHome Client Portal Content
If you do not want to sync your contacts or portal content, you can deactivate it in MLS-Touch from the More (Settings) section. Go to Third-Party Integrations then toggle the switch to the “off” position for Contacts Sync and/or Client Portal Sync.
Note: While changes made in either Matrix or MLS-Touch should sync instantly, if there is any delay in seeing these changes, you may need to refresh your screen or log out and back in.
