The old “twin home” reference in Paragon has been updated to more accurately reflect the Structure Type as a “Duplex” and the Property Sub-Type as “SFR (Attached)”.
The “twin home” reference was used to describe a building constructed as a duplex, but with ownership transferring to only one of the Single Family Residence units. Typically, the two units are attached by a single wall, façade, ceiling, roof, or garage.
The term “twin home” is no longer used in Paragon. Follow these steps to input a Property Sub-Type of SFR (Attached) with a Structure Type set to Duplex and accurately represent the property in the MLS.
