CRMLS Paragon no longer uses the term “twin home.”
Structurally, a “twin home” is one unit (unlike a Duplex) of a 2-unit Single Family Residence building. Each unit is owned individually, and frequently the two units share a single wall, façade, ceiling, roof, or garage.
Follow these steps to enter “twin home”-type properties.
Note: If entering a listing or searching for a Duplex income property, use Residential Income.
