Property data can now be edited in the Building & Site section to remove any inaccuracies. Custom entries feature the user’s avatar and are only viewable in their reports.

Buyer and Seller reports have been replaced by Pro RealReports to deliver a more intuitive client experience. All the property data categories and features that RealReports offered at a price similar to the former tier now support this AI-powered tool.
Custom Reports
Snapshot users can now add individual upgraded data sections to their reports as needed without requiring a full Pro upgrade.
Marketplace
Accounts now include a Balance section to add funds for purchasing premium upgrades.
Postcards
Custom postcard campaigns to send listing prospects are now available for $1.50 per postcard. Postcards include the agent’s contact information and a QR code that links to the property’s report.
Lead Generation Site
Create a custom website for leads enrolled in Pulse to view real-time updates, including the property’s valuation and equity estimates.
