The Rental Insights module in RentEdge offers the latest rental information sourced from the MLS. The Online Screening field in your rental listing will automatically show the RentSpree Application URL and/or link across several displays and reports to streamline the screening process.
Note: Opting into the Online Screening Field automatically sends an email with a shareable screening link to your inbox.

Rental Application URL
The Rental Application URL is available on all agent Residential Lease reports and your client notifications. Copy and paste it into other communications as needed.
Accessing RentEdge
Click the Menu button on the left side of the homepage. Select RentEdge under the Products section to launch it in a new tab.
Scroll down the menu to Insights to view rental property information from your desired area.
Matrix
Rental Application URL
The Online Rental Application link or URL can be found in the following:
- 360 Property View
- Agent Full Display
- Agent Single Line/Agent 1 Line Displays
- OneHome Client Portal
Type Online Rental Application – Grid Online Screening in the Insert Column of the Agent Single Line/Agent 1 Line report to find the Online Screening field. Click Apply to add a column.

OneHome Client Portal
Click the RentSpree Tenant Application link at the bottom of the property details page.
Accessing RentEdge
Find the Rental Data by Rentspree widget on the Matrix homepage. Click View more insights to launch RentEdge in a new tab.
Note: The widget location varies depending on the custom layout of your home screen.
Scroll down the menu to Insights to view rental property information from your desired area.
Paragon
Rental Application URL
The Rental Application URL link can be found in the following:
- Agent Preferred 1
- Agent Preferred 2
- All Fields Detail reports
- Collaboration Center
Adding the Online Rental Application URL Field
Click Customize and select Fields to add the online Rental Application column to the Property System Grid.
Check the box next to the Rental Application URL field on the left side of the page. Select the field and click Add to move it to your existing grid.
Select and drag the Rental Application URL field to your desired location. Click Save.
The Rental Application URL will now appear in the corresponding column.
Collaboration Center
Select a property and click View Detail. Select the Property Info tab and scroll down to the Rental Application URL link.
Accessing RentEdge
There are two options for accessing RentEdge in Paragon:
- Click the RentEdge icon underneath the listing photos on the Agent Preferred 1, Agent Preferred 2, and All Fields Detail reports to open the application in a new tab.
- Access RentEdge from the Actions tab at the top of the Residential Lease reports. Click Actions, then select either the RentEdge: Screen Tenants or View Rental Insights
Once you reach Rentspree, scroll down the menu and click Insights to view rental property information from your desired area.
