CRMLS Matrix integrated another method of adding contacts into Matrix. This added benefit makes it easier to add a new client /prospect as a contact in Matrix. This feature allows you to add a contact while setting up an Email or Auto Email.
Adding a new contact while setting up an Email
Step 1: Run a property search, select 1 or more listings, and click on Email.
Step 2: Click Create a New Contact.
A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add in a new contact such as: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and other.
Step 3: Click Save to save your client’s information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.
Note, the Show All Fields will let you add your client’s home and business information and any additional notes.
Adding a new contact while setting up an Auto Email
Step 1: Run a property search and click on the Save button to create an Auto Email.
Step 2: Click on the New Auto Email button.
Step 3: Click on Create a New Contact.
A pop up window will appear. In this window you will be able to add in a new contact such as: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and other.
Step 4: Click Save to save your client’s information or Cancel to return to the previous screen.
Note, the Show All Fields link will let you add your client’s home and business information and any additional notes.
