Users can now select multiple options instead of a single selection in the Lease term.

Listing Input – Required Fields
These fields are now required when entering a new MLS listing:
- The “ADU YN” field is now mandatory when adding a Residential Lease listing.
- At least one ADU must be added when selecting “Yes” in the “ADU YN” field. This will allow you to add multiple ADUs without selecting “Yes” again.
- When entering a listing, the Land Lease Amount field is now required when selecting “Yes” in the “Land Lease Yes/No” field.
- “Entry-level”, “Stories total”, and “Entry Location” are now required fields for all property types.

Cancelled Listings
Designated Brokers (DB) and Office Managers (OM) are now able to reactivate a Cancelled listing within 7 days of its cancellation.
Common Interest
“Timeshare” has been renamed to Co-Ownership in the Common Interest field.
The “Property Sub Type” field will gain a Co-Ownership option. Co-Ownership is defined as:
“Co-Ownership conveys an interest in either A) real property (Timeshare) or B) units of an LLC or some ownership interest in a business structure (no real property interest) coupled with a right to use the property consistent with the written corporate documents.”
Green Section of Listing Input (Matrix Only)
The Marketing Features field has been moved and can be found above the Certification field in the “Green” tab of the listing input form.
Land Lease
“Yes” can now be selected in the “Land Lease” field if the selected Property Sub Type is “Manufactured on Land” and “Yes” is selected for the Certified 433A field.
MLS Area Major
DC621 – Old Town North has been renamed to DC621 – Old Town West
My Favorite Searches Widget (Matrix Only)
The number of possible saved favorite searches has increased from 12 to 20.
Road Surface Type
Under the Road Surface Type field, “Maintained” has been renamed to Privately Maintained (ARM)
