The latest Paragon update includes enhancements to the Listing Insights feature and an improved UI for iOS users in the Paragon Connect App.
Listing Insights Reports in Contact Viewer
The Listing Insights Report is now available to clients with an associated property for sale from the Contact Viewer page. Reports include:
- View Tracking
- Prospective Buyer Activity
- Share Counts
If a client is associated with multiple properties, the Seller Activity page will display a thumbnail with a short summary of each property.

New Add Contact Button for EasyCMA Presentations
In Paragon Connect, click the Add New Contact (+) button from either the EasyCMA dashboard or EasyCMA report view.
Improved iOS Navigation Support
Select Apple Maps or Google Maps (depending on availability) to directly open the driving directions to a property. If both apps are available, choose your preferred option for navigation.
