1. REPORTING A POTENTIAL VIOLATION IN MATRIX
Step 1 – Accessing the “Report a Violation” Form
To report a potential violation, click the link at the bottom of the Agent Full page display. A new window will appear, and you will be prompted to provide information regarding your report.
Step 2 – Selecting a Violation Type
Make a selection from the choices within the drop-down menu (required).
Step 3 – Adding a Description and Sending the Form
Input a brief description of the violation you are reporting (required), then click Send Form.
Step 4 – Submission Successful
Once successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation on the screen and will receive an additional confirmation via email within 1 business day.
Please note: all reports submitted to CRMLS are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside CRMLS Staff.
