Matrix: Features & Settings

When you add a roster photo into CRMLS Matrix, your photo will be visible in Matrix as well as distributed to 3^rd party product vendors (such as HomeSeekers, Cloud Streams, Etc…) through RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) for additional branding opportunities.

To take advantage of this option, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log into CRMLS Matrix.
2. Click on the Add/Edit tab, then type your Agent ID/Office ID in the Quick Modify field under Roster and click Edit.

   

    

3. On the next page, click Manage Photos.

   

    

4.  Once on the Add/Edit Agent Photos page, you can upload your photo. Please read the Compliance Advisory and Image Upload Certification before clicking the Certify and Save button.
