CRMLS is excited to announce these enhancements to InfoSparks, effective January 16th, 2023.
The Property Type variable filter has been updated to correspond to the property types listed in your CRMLS system. You can now view statistics and create charts for:
- Residential
- Residential Income
- Residential Lease
- Land
- Manufactured in Park
- Commercial Sale
- Commercial Lease
- Business Opportunity
A new Property Sub-Type variable filter has also been added with the same property sub-types listed in the MLS.
These enhancements enable you to create and refine more accurate and detailed charts.
This new labeling will retroactively and automatically appear on your previously shared charts, without impacting accessibility to those graphs.
The MarketView tab also includes the new Property Type and Property Sub-Types filters.
