CRMLS Paragon users now have access to FHAPros, a provider of accurate, real-time data for FHA (Federal Housing Administration) condominium approval statuses.
Obtaining this data has become even easier through the RatePlug integration in CRMLS Paragon. Follow the steps below to check any condominium listing’s eligibility for FHA mortgages and assistance.
From any report type, click the Actions Plug.
This will display the available System Actions and Integrated Tools. Under Integrated Tools, you will see the FHA Eligibility icon with information about the condo’s approval status:
- Green Light – Approved
- Yellow Light – Conditional Approval
- Red Light – Rejected
Click on the FHA icon for more information.
If the condominium listed is FHA-approved and eligible, RatePlug displays more valuable information about the listing, such as:
- Decertification date
- Maximum FHA loan amount
- If the FHA loan amount is assumable
- And more
Approved – Green
Approved/Caution – Yellow
If the condominium is not part of an FHA-approved association, but may meet the criteria for Single Unit Approval, RatePlug will display a “May Be Eligible” page:
