The latest CRMLS Paragon and Paragon Connect update includes several improvements to statistical reporting and custom messages, a new Seller Dashboard, and other corrections and clarifications. This upgrade will improve the overall Paragon experience for all users.
Stats Reporting – Roll up postal code statistics in Market Activity by Location
When viewing Market Activity by Location, the Display by Postal Code sorting option will roll up results into the main five-digit postal code, instead of how it currently breaks out each postal code+4 into a separate line. This will more succinctly compile the activity within a specific postal code.

The Seller Dashboard and Activity pages are updated with the latest, fastest interface.
Listing Maintenance
When adding and editing listings, some additional fields (e.g., Value Range Pricing, Property ADU Y/N) will only appear when specific information is entered in related fields. By reducing the number of default visible fields, the listing input form becomes much more streamlined.
Corrections and Improvements
- Listing Carts interface has been updated and improved.
- The property Detail View has been corrected to accurately display if the lot size is Sqft or Acreage.
- Associated Documents are now accessible from the Published Listings overflow menu.
- A new Notifications setting and a Collaboration Center option have been added. These options are in the dashboard, under Settings.
