The latest CRMLS Paragon and Paragon Connect release brings improvements and enhancements with new interactive map layers, an updated Collaboration Center notification system, a new side-by-side comparison view, and an updated subscription manager.
Interactive Map Layer Searching
The Paragon search map’s new Interactive Layers provide a way to run smarter, more efficient searches. Just click or tap on specific shapes to filter listings based on what is important to you. You can apply filters on multiple shapes to narrow down your search to find your perfect match.
To filter listing using interactive shapes, follow these steps:
- Access the layers menu by clicking the layer stack icon on the bottom left of the screen, then toggle your preferred layers on or off in the Interactive Layers menu.
- After selecting your layers, click on Select Shapes and click on any shape you’d like to use as a filter. Next, click on the shape on the map, then click Apply.
Note: Interactive Layers must first be created on the Paragon desktop site by following the steps found in this quick reference guide.
Timeframe Option on Collaboration Center Updates Widget
The Timeframe enhancement within the Updates Widget makes it easier for clients to stay up to date with their listing notifications. Previously, updates were only visible based on the buyer’s last visit, leading to missed notifications when the widget reset on their next log in. With the new release, the new Timeframe Option allows clients to choose how far back they’d like their update information to go.
Updates to My Saved Searches in Collaboration Center
With the new update, buyers can still access their saved searches, but now each search includes a comprehensive breakdown of the total number of listings, plus counts for Undecided, Favorite, Possible, and Rejected listings. Additionally, searches are now conveniently organized into two categories: buyer-created searches and agent-created searches. While buyers cannot edit searches created by their agent, they now have expanded control over their own saved searches, with even more editing capabilities.
Buyer Created Search Enhancements
Notifications
Buyers can now control the types of notification changes they receive for the searches they create so as to stay better informed.
They can also edit the notification frequency for updates from their user created searches.
Editing & Deleting
Buyers can still edit and delete their buyer created searches, but the option is now available by clicking the three dots on the top right of the saved search stats.
Side-By-Side Comparison View
Previously, the map feature showcased competition properties comparable to your seller’s property, with a recent update adding a thumbnail view below the map for quick access to detailed listing information. With the new compare feature, you can now view a side-by-side comparison of your seller’s property and comparable listings.
Updated Email Opt-In/Out Subscription Manager
The Email Opt-In/Out Subscription Manager page now features updated ICE branding logos and colors. The simplified look makes it faster and easier to navigate.
