Paragon’s Collaboration Center is now available via mobile app and provides clients with increased search capabilities that enhance their real estate experience.
Getting Started
To access the Collaboration Center app, first download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
When your client opens the app, they’ll be prompted to enter an invitation code that links their account with yours.
Note: The code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
Send invitation codes to clients either:
- In the welcome to the Collaboration Center invitation email, or;
- Using Paragon Pro or Paragon Connect to share the code directly
Paragon Pro
To access the code from Paragon Pro, go to Manage Contacts and click on your client’s name. From the Contact Activity page, click the App Invite Code button. A pop-up window will appear with an invitation code.
From there, copy and share the case-sensitive code with your client.
Paragon Connect
To access the code from Paragon Connect, open the navigation bar, click on Contacts, and select the client you wish to invite. Once you’ve reached the client’s information page, scroll down to the App Invitation Code.
Either copy and share the case-sensitive code or click Send Code to email it to your client.
