CRMLS Matrix Data Updates
CRMLS will update the CRMLS Matrix system with these data and system changes effective June 8, 2021. The changes are listed below.
The Registered Listing Contract Form is now in all upper case letters and located at the bottom of the form list, making it easier to recognize.

System Updates
NEW Power Production YN & Green Verification YN (All systems)
A Yes/No field for Power Production and Property Green will be available on the Basics Tab of input. When you select Yes, the system will require additional power production / property green data.
Make “New Taxes” NOT Mandatory (All systems)
New Taxes will no longer be required for Residential Income listings.
NEW Virtual Tour Icons (Matrix Only)
Existing virtual tour icons will receive an update to be more engaging and stand out visually.
Add “Land Lease Amount” & “Land Lease Frequency” to Client Portal (Matrix only)
Land Lease Amount and Land Lease Frequency will be available on all consumer displays and IDX/Syndication.
Add “Carport Spaces” to Customer Full and Customer Flyer (Matrix Only)
We will add Carport Spaces to the Customer Full and Flyer reports.
Updates to Manufactured in Park Reports (Matrix Only)
Based on user feedback, we will make a number of improvements to the Manufactured In Park displays and reports. Changes include field additions, placement changes, and more.
Add Median to Matrix Tabular Reports (Matrix Only)
Matrix Tabular reports will now include a Median value along with the existing Min, Max, and Average values
Increase character length for “Neighborhood” during input (All systems)
We will increase Neighborhood’s maximum length from 35 to 50 characters.
