OneHome: (Client) How to Communicate with Your Agent
This guide will show you how to connect with your agent when you find a property you’re interested in, all within OneHome’s system.
When you see a property that interests you and want to view the full property details of a listing in OneHome, you can click anywhere on the listing thumbnail to open the full property details page.
Under the full property details, you can see:
- Property details & features
- Building details
- Schools and Rating
- Public record data
- Upcoming open houses
- Breakdown of monthly costs
- Market insights
- …and more
From this page, you can also send your agent a note by clicking Add a Note. A dialog box will pop up, and you can type a message for your agent and click Add Note.
Your agent will be able to see your note and respond. You’ll see any responses left by your agent under the notification bell icon in your OneHome account.
