Paragon Update.
Automatic updates for Agent Recommendation cart notification end dates
Your Contacts’ Agent Recommended carts have notifications turned on by default, with a one-year default expiration date (like other Collaboration Center notifications). Previously, this expiration date did not change even if you added new listings to Agent Recommended carts. The new Paragon update will automatically extend this end date for another year if it has already passed when you add a new listing.
Rename “Default T/OH” label in the Tour and Open House reports tree
To help clarify the labels for Tour and Open House defaults in the reports tree, we have renamed them.
Updates to Toggle Switch Style
We have reversed the toggle switch design to align with the industry standard (“On” shows the knob on the right). We have also added color and mouse-hover information so you can more easily see when you’ve toggled and understand the function of each toggle switch.
Changed Search radius to an input field and changed default to 1 mile
We’ve streamlined the Address Search’s Radius field for your contacts who can create their own searches in Collaboration Center. We’ve removed the slider and replaced it with an input field, plus we’ve changed the default distance from 5 miles to 1 mile. The maximum radius this field recognizes is 50 miles.
Disable Notifications for an Inactive Client
When a contact goes from active to inactive, the notifications in Collaboration Center will disable automatically. This prevents notifications from auto sending when a contact is no longer active with the agent.
Multi-Select Integrations available in Paragon Connect
You can now select third-party actions on multiple records from search results in Paragon Connect. These options will appear in the Overflow Menu alongside System options.
Accessing your last five (5) searches
Paragon Connect can now access your last five (5) searches. This feature syncs with Paragon Classic, so the five searches will include activity on both systems.
The Folder icon will open a list instead of going directly to the load search dialog. We’ve relocated the Load Default Search to this location as well.
You can either click on specific criteria to load that search criteria in the search form, or click/tap on the arrow to go directly to the results.
Note: Accessing a class-based search from the “hamburger” (three lines) menu will always load your default search.
Preferred Phone number on Paragon Connect detail report
Paragon Connect detail reports now display phone numbers; either the office or agent’s number, based on your preference. This feature has been available in Paragon Classic for some time, but Paragon Connect ignored this preference until our latest update fixed the issue.
To choose a phone number to appear on your detail reports in Paragon Classic, go to Preferences > System > Results > Phone and check the box next to “Display this phone number…” and then click Save. It will display the selected phone number on the Paragon Connect detail report.
Texting Detail Report Phone number
Currently, Paragon Connect supports texting on a mobile device. The detail report includes a feature to text the listing or selling agent directly. However, the texting button uses the displayed phone number, which in some cases is an office phone or a number that doesn’t support text messaging.
To address this, Paragon Connect will now connect to the mobile preferences in Paragon Classic. The texting feature in both Connect and Classic will use the phone number supplied in Paragon Classic’s Preferences > User > Mobile Account Settings.
Edit Photos and Pencil Icon added to Paragon Connect
The new update enables you to Edit Photos from Paragon Connect if you have the proper photo permissions.
We have moved the edit options for photos to the Detail Report. Click on the new Pencil icon to access these options. The Pencil icon will also host future listing edit options.
