CRMLS will update the CRMLS Matrix system with these bug fixes effective June 15, 2021.
CMA
Addressed issues occasionally causing the subject property’s photo to distort or rotate.
Resolved an issue where price adjustments of a decimal field would not calculate for all comps if any comp contained an empty value.
Resolved an issue with manually reordering comparables erroring on some CMAs.
Concierge
Reverted an inefficient workflow where “approving all” Concierge listings would refresh the page to show no matching listings rather than return the user to their prior page.
Contacts
Fixed an issue where users with 150+ contacts would get an error loading the Contacts page after deleting a contact.
Fixed an issue where the system would retain the search/filter state of the Contacts list when an administrator used the “Login As” capability, even after switching to a different user.
IDX
Resolved errors encountered by agents attempting to modify their default map area for their IDX or Agent Web Page map search.
Mapping
Fixed an issue where tooltips on map shape drawing tools would remain on screen under certain circumstances.
Navigation
Fixed an issue where, when in Search, clicking an option in the main navigation’s Search menu which has a submenu would incorrectly take the user to the Home page.
Printing
Addressed an issue where multi-page photo displays were not rendering all photos consistently via Print to PDF.
Saved Searches
Fixed an issue where clicking the “Cancel” button on a saved search’s criteria screen resulted in an error.
Supplements
PDF listing supplement files will now default to the user’s browser handling – typically opening the PDF in the browser – rather than always forcing a download.
UX/UI
We have changed the technical means by which action buttons “float” at the bottom of search, results, and input screens so the toolbar always remain in view to a more modern approach. This greatly reduces the load time of long results grids. (NOTE: Internet Explorer does not support this modern approach. The small number of users using Matrix in Internet Explorer will now need to scroll to the bottom of these pages to access these action buttons.)
The page header (top navigation bar) now remains fixed on the screen on responsive pages (such as Contacts) when you scroll down to view additional content. This change lays the groundwork for more significant UI improvements and features in future releases.
