What’s New and the Latest Enhancements in Matrix – effective April 12, 2022
OneHome Consumer Portal – Expanded Min-Max search price ranges
The previous minimum and maximum price ranges within the OneHome Consumer Portal did not always allow consumers enough search flexibility. In response, we have expanded the size of searchable price ranges:
- Residential Buying: No minimum – $10 million maximum
- Residential Renting: No minimum – $4,000 maximum
Neighborhood Market Report Agent 1 Line display
A new report is now available in Matrix: the “Neighborhood Market Report.” With this report, you can customize your existing Agent 1 Line report to include the NMR Y/N field. (You can still add this field on your search form under Additional Fields.) Click here for a refresher on how to customize your Agent 1 Line display.
Open House Date and Type are now default search fields
The Open House Date and Open House Type fields are now part of the default Detail and Quick Search forms in Matrix.
