How to add the Office Compliance Email address in CRMLS Paragon
Note: Only AOR staff and CRMLS staff can add or modify information in this address field; brokers and office managers cannot.
To manually add an email address to the Office Compliance Email field, log into Paragon and click on the Admin icon.
In the Maintain section, select Offices.
Enter the Office ID in the search box and select the appropriate office from the results.
Scroll down and click the down arrow to expand the Extended section.
Enter the Office Compliance Email address, then click the Save button.
Note: This value will not appear in Matrix. To view and manage this field, you must be logged into Paragon.
CRMLS has not backfilled any email addresses into this field. AOR staff and CRMLS staff will need to manually add email addresses.
