CRMLS is excited to announce these new & enhanced Paragon Desktop and Paragon Connect features that go into effect on February 16th, 2023.
These updates focus on improving user accessibility, experience, and added search features.
Stats Reports – # Expired added to Market Statistics
A # Expired column has been added to reflect the number of expired listings. This column can be found in the bottom section of the Market Statistics report.
The text on the preview image and landing page has also been updated accordingly.
Listing Input Tour and Open House Report – Column Sort
All columns are now sortable within the Listing Input and Maintenance Tour or Open House report. Simply click on the column header to sort.
Display agent’s office address on notification emails
Based on user feedback, Collaboration Center emails will now display the agent’s office address by default. Since an office address is required for emails to be sent from Paragon, this ensures an address is always displayed.
Renamed “Agent Pick” section to “Recommended”
The Agent Pick section has been renamed to Recommended.
Tour and Open House Search
The tour and open house (TOH) search template has been redesigned to have all the same features that are found in Paragon Desktop, including search, save, edit, and delete fields.
You will find three new containers on the TOH search form:
- Duration: Search by Days Forward or by Date Range
- Filter: Search by unique TOH filter fields
- Criteria: An additional sixteen fields have been added to the criteria section
TOH Search Options:
You can update and modify your TOH search template to save, load, rename, edit, and delete any TOH search. These searches sync with Paragon Desktop so you can update your TOH searches across devices.
When you perform a search, the thumbnail view contains a section for the date and time for each TOH. Clicking on Show More displays all available scheduled tours and open houses for listings with several TOHs. Tap or click on any single event to see the date, time, and other relevant data.
A new spreadsheet view is now available and can be easily viewed on most devices. This viewing option is 100% responsive and allows you to Check/Check All, Sort, and Customize fields on the grid.
The first two columns contain the checkbox and photo. They are locked in place to allow you to scroll horizontally without losing sight of them.
The spreadsheet view allows you to check one or multiple listings or to check all visible listings. The top bar opens to display the available options based on the number of listings checked.
When you click “Check All” only the first twenty listings that are displayed will be checked. If there are more than twenty listings, you must scroll down to display the next set of twenty (totaling forty). The next twenty listings that have loaded will not be checked, so you must click the Check All box again to check all forty.
By default, the spreadsheet will sort by price. However, you can simply click or tap on any column field header to sort by that field.
To customize a spreadsheet, click on the gear icon in the top toolbar. Here you have the ability to set a default sort, change the order of the columns, remove columns, and add new columns.
You can now recommend listings in Paragon Connect for your contacts.
New features allow you to:
