RentEdge Insights now includes the Rental Price Report, a tool that uses comparable properties to automatically estimate rental pricing for a property.
Note: A coming update will give agents the option to select their own comps for each report.
Every report pulls data from three key channels:
- The MLS
- Vetted third-party sources
- RentSpree’s own data
