As of September 8, 2026, California Desert Inland Gateway AOR (CDIG) members, as users of CRMLS, can register for REcore Workspace. This guide covers how to create an account and access MLS products and services from one centralized location.
How to Register
Open the Welcome to REcore Workspace email to the address associated with your account on September 8 and click Register Here. Please double-check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Enter your username WITHOUT the GPS. prefix (i.e., if your Flexmls username is GPS.D12345, then enter D12345 only)
Click Send password reset email. An email will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
New Password
Enter and confirm your new password. Click Reset Password.
Password Requirements:
- One capital letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character (i.e.,!” #\$%&)
- 8 character minimum
Note: Unlike your username, passwords are case-sensitive. Your browser, mobile device, or password manager can securely auto-save passwords for future logins.
Multi-Factor Authentication
A multi-factor authentication (MFA) code will be sent to the email address associated with your Flexmls account.
Retrieve the code, enter it in the verification field of your registration page, then click Submit Code to confirm your identity.
Click I didn’t receive a code, please resend it if the MFA email doesn’t appear after a few minutes. If issues continue, contact CRMLS Support at 1.800.925.1525.

Exploring Workspace
Once registration is complete, click CDIG/CRMLS Additional Products to access tools and services from the Workspace homepage.
Your first time accessing the Workspace, you will be prompted to read and sign the CRMLS End User License Agreement (EULA).
Workspace delivers quick, centralized access to all the products and services included in your MLS membership.
Select one of the available widgets under Applications to launch your desired product or service without leaving Workspace.
