The latest Paragon update improves access to and expands options for customization for the EasyCMA feature.
Expiring Listing Email Update
The Expiring Listing email features a new streamlined design and provides a link to quickly edit listings. Emails are automatically sent to all agents associated with the listing as soon as it enters itsdesignated expiration notice window.
Changes to CMA Display
If a primary listing photo isn’t provided for the subject property, the system will automatically display a Google Street View image in its place.
New Edit Options for Subject Property Photos
Click on the edit photo icon to manually add or remove an image of the subject property. If a photo isn’t provided, then it will default to a Google Street View image.
