The latest Matrix update resolves UI system errors and adds new auto-email settings that send clients status and price changes for approved listings.
New Auto-Email Options: Concierge Mode & Listing Changes
In the New Auto Email settings, go to Options and turn on Enable concierge mode to approve or reject listings before sending them to clients. From there, turn on Send status and price changes to automatically notify clients when listings undergo a status or price change.
System Improvements
- When returning to the print screen, it will no longer show the first display selected along with the displays actually selected
- The View Comparable Properties function will no longer time out in cases where only one or two valid comps are found
