REALTORS® Property Resource® (RPR) is adding Market Trends to the mobile app in late March 2023 – right as the spring housing market starts heating up. With this update, you can keep powerful statistics right in your back pocket.

Market Trends in the RPR Mobile™ App

At the bottom of the home screen in the RPR mobile app, users will see a new Market Trends icon.

Users can tap this icon to access a variety of market statistics, similar to the Market Trend tools on the RPR website.

The chart options will include:

• New Listings
• Active Listings
• New Pending Listings
• Pending Listings
• Sold Listings
• Sold Public Records
• Month’s Supply of Inventory
• Median Estimated Property Value

Users will be able to view a variety of metrics for all property types and statuses. Additional filters enable users to break down statistics even further.

Save your most used and most important markets by tapping the heart icon.

Additional mobile updates:

• Users will be able to easily search within School Zones
  • From the Search screen, type in the name of the school, and the app will suggest a list of options
• A Seller’s Net Sheet has been added to the Property Details page
• Users will be able to see more details on any property’s tax history
• The Google Street view is now more interactive, allowing users to take a look around the property
